A bartender fee of $35.00 per hour, per bar will be charged. (The bartender fee shall be waived if each bar exceeds $300.00 in revenue.) There will be a $25.00 setup fee on each bar requested. There is a two (2) hour minimum on all bar times. No bar will exceed five (5) hours without prior management approval. All bars will close by 1:00 AM.
