What time may I check into my hotel room?

Your guaranteed check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Visit the front desk when you arrive!

How do I receive stayover service?

Stayovers service is available by request only. Housekeeping will enter the room for stayover service after your third night.

What time is checkout? Are late check-outs available?

Checkout is at 11:00 a.m. daily. Late check-outs are available upon request and availability is limited.  Please inquire with the front desk or housekeeping staff prior to check-in.

Are there any special packages available during my stay?

Treat yourself! The Champagne & Bedre Chocolates Basket can be selected at the time of making your reservation online!

Do you have toiletries for guests if I forget to bring something?

We offer basic toiletry items for sale in our Sundries shop at the front desk.

Does your hotel offer room service?
